Hi There

My name is Anna and I'm a passionate creative based in New York City. During the day, I work as a marketing and creative consultant, freelance graphic designer, photographer, and videographer, and by night, I'm a live music show producer for Sofar Sounds. 

 

Before moving to NYC, I worked at a full-service advertising agency in California specializing in national food and beverage brands. My career kicked off in public relations, but after a quick year I was promoted to the digital & account team as a Social Media Manager where I helped strategize and launch two new business accounts. Don't be fooled, however. Although "social media" was in my title, the role went above and beyond posting on various platforms. I managed every aspect of account management in this client-facing position from strategy to execution, which included overseeing photoshoots, video production, and creative direction, media collaboration to allocate budgets and run ad campaigns, editorial strategy and content development, analytical and insights-driven reporting, and more.

I also served as a freelance writer for a lifestyle publication called Santa Barbara SEASONS Magazine where I wrote fact-driven, thoughtful, and compelling articles about Santa Barbara lifestyle, new and unique business launches, and the evolution of Santa Barbara's art-focused "Funk Zone."

A graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara, I majored in Communication, minored in Professional Writing, and completed the Technology Management Program.
